We clean, inspect, repack, and lubricate your RV’s wheel bearings to prevent overheating and reduce friction.

FAQ
01.
Q: Do you offer Brake & Bearing System Service for all types of RVs?
A: Our Brake & Bearing System Service is available only for towable RVs, including travel trailers, fifth wheels, and toy haulers. Unfortunately, we do not service motorhomes or any motorized RVs (such as Class A, B, or C units) for brakes, bearings, or engine-related issues. This is due to insurance restrictions that prevent us from performing drivetrain-related work on motorized vehicles.
02.
Q: How often should brakes and bearings be serviced?
A: Manufacturers recommend brake and bearing maintenance every 12 months or 3,600 miles—whichever comes first. Regular maintenance helps prevent costly failures and ensures safe towing.
03.
Q: What if my RV hasn’t been used much in the past year?
A: Even if your RV has been parked, time and exposure can cause grease breakdown, seal deterioration, and brake wear. Annual service is still critical.
04.
Q: What are the signs that my brakes or bearings need attention?
A: Watch for squealing brakes, reduced stopping power, wheel vibration, or unusual noises while towing. These can indicate worn brakes or bearing issues.
05.
Q: What happens if bearings are not maintained?
A: Neglecting bearing maintenance can cause overheating, leading to axle damage, wheel lockups, or even losing a wheel while towing — making regular care essential.
06.
Q: Do you replace brake parts if needed during the service?
A: Yes! If we find excessive wear or damage during the inspection, we'll recommend and replace brake pads, rotors, drums, or other parts to ensure maximum safety.
07.
Q: Do you replace the bearing race during the Brake & Bearing System Service?
A: Yes! When new bearings are needed, they come with new races included—and we install them as part of the replacement. Ensuring both the bearing and race are new helps maintain proper function and longevity.
